Welcome to the On-line Applications platform of the Youth Department of the Directorate of Democratic Participation of the Council of Europe.

If you wish to access the online application forms of our courses, first you have to Register/Sign up to the platform.

After filling in the registration form, you will get an e-mail from the system in which you will be asked to CONFIRM your registration BY CLICKING ON THE LINK provided there. Attention: the system sends messages EVERY TWO HOURS ONLY. This means that you have to wait AT LEAST 2 hours for the confirmation message. Without confirming your account you cannot use your username and password.

Once you have confirmed your account, you have to  Log in to the platform, go to Application forms and click the title of the course you wish to apply to in order to open the application form.

Please note that for most of our courses the applicants are asked to provide a support-letter from their organisation/institution.

For UPLOADING YOUR SUPPORT-LETTER please follow the instructions!

The Council of Europe welcomes applications from all candidates who fulfil the specific profile of the activities, irrespective of gender, disability, marital or parental status, racial, ethnic or social origin, colour, religion, belief or sexual orientation.

Bienvenue sur la plateforme de candidatures en ligne du Département de la jeunesse de la Direction de la participation démocratique du Conseil de l'Europe.

Si vous souhaitez accéder aux formulaires de candidature pour la première fois, vous devez d'abord vous inscrire  sur la plateforme.

Après avoir rempli le formulaire d’inscription, vous recevrez un e-mail du système dans lequel il vous sera demandé de CONFIRMER votre inscription en cliquant sur le lien indiqué.

Attention: le système envoie des messages uniquement TOUTES LES DEUX HEURES, cela signifie que vous devez attendre AU MOINS deux heures pour recevoir  le message de confirmation. Sans confirmation de votre compte, vous ne pourrez pas utiliser votre nom d'utilisateur et votre mot de passe.

Dès que votre compte sera confirmé, vous pourrez vous connecter à la plateforme.

Pour ce faire, allez à : Formulaires de candidature (Application forms) et cliquez sur la formation à laquelle  vous souhaitez postuler pour ouvrir son formulaire de candidature.

Veuillez noter que pour la plupart de nos formations, les candidats sont invités à fournir une lettre d'appui de leur organisation/institution ;  Si tel est le cas, suivez les instructions!

Le Conseil de l'Europe accepte les candidatures de tous les candidats qui correspondent au profil spécifique des activités, quels que soient leur sexe, leur handicap, leur statut matrimonial ou parental, leur origine raciale, ethnique ou sociale, leur couleur, leur religion, leurs convictions ou leur orientation sexuelle.
