Terms of conditions - Confidentiality and data protection
The information provided to the On-line Applications Platform of the Youth Department of the Council of Europe will be part of a database and your name will be included in the List of Trainers’ Pool members of the Youth Department and posted on its websites.
The information provided to Part I. of the registration form will be made public and will enable anyone to get an overview on your profile.
The information provided in Part II. of this form ( self-assessment) will be used for Council of Europe internal purposes only. If you agree, the Council of Europe can share this information with institutional partners.As member of the Trainers Pool of the Council of Europe you will be asked to review the second part of the registration (self-assessment; CV) at least once a year in order to enable us to keep a track of your professional development.
Regarding confidentiality and data protection, the provisions of Regulation CM (89)70 on a data protection system for personal data files in the Council of Europe, as approved by the Committee of Ministers on 11 April 1989, will apply.
