Small abstract about yourself (interests, main areas of expertise, anything you’d like to share) : I am Italian, 50 years already passed, free lance trainer and full time mother of two boys. I took part in an international youth exchange in 1989 (i know, a while ago...) and got illuminated from the youth field and international youth work. First as participant, volunteer, youth leader and later on as trainer and educator.

I work as well as a CLOWN and street theater performer in many different non-formal places, using the clown language with an educational purpose and developing the idea of non formal education around Europe.

I have been organizing youth exchanges and different training activities for young people, youth workers and trainers on national and international level, working for different realities (also institutions like Salto, National Agencies, Council of Europe). I like the use of the different “non formal languages” like theater, animation, clown, media, educational board games as learning tool.

I have recently joined the HOP Council (which aims to reflect on the potential of online learning in European youth work as well as supporting online learning within Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps), i have been designing together with great colleagues the two editions of the International Value Fair, to reflect about the importance of Values in Non Formal Education, and i am running since 2008 the TC "The power of Non formal education", designed and run together with other two trainers colleagues (Denis Morel and Jo Claeys).
