How to apply

Dear Visitor,

Welcome to the On-line Applications platform of the Directorate of Democratic Citizenship and Participationof the Council of Europe.

If you wish to access the online application forms of our courses, first you have to Register/Sign up to the platform.

After filling in the registration form, you will get an e-mail from the system in which you will be asked to CONFIRM your registration BY CLICKING ON THE LINK provided there. Attention: the system sends messages EVERY TWO HOURS ONLY. This means that you have to wait AT LEAST 2 hours for the confirmation message. Without confirming your account you cannot use your username and password.

Once you have confirmed your account, you can Log in to the platform and access the application forms.

Please note that for most of our courses the applicants are asked to provide a support-letter from their organisation/institution.

Please also note that you can come back and modify your answers in the application form several times before the deadline for applications.
